Selectric, LLC began operations in 2014 when owner/operator Gabriel Aho moved to Beaufort, SC after 27 years of owning and running an electrical contracting company in New Hampshire. When the opportunity to move to Beaufort presented itself, Gabriel jumped on it, seeing it as a chance to teach his sons his trade while making an impact by providing a high level of service to a new set of clients.

“Gabriel was able to help me on the same day I called in my time of frustration : ) He called several times beforehand to give me updates on their expected arrival. I called him to diagnose a ceiling fan connection problem. Previous to his arrival, I had repeatedly tried to determine why my fan was not responding to the remote and running at one speed only. After examining and testing several potential causes of the problem, which included the electrical flow from the switch to the fan, etc., he was able to conclude that there was a loose connection with my neutral house wiring which was causing the problem. While he and his assistant were here, I had them install two duplex plugs on my kitchen counter. I would feel very comfortable recommending Selectric to any one that needs electrical work done. His price was also reasonable.”
