He called to set up an interview , and later that day to called to say he would be on time. He was the nicest person I have ever encountered and took his commitment very seriously. Very considerate, well mannered, respectful and a delight to have in my home. You couldn’t do any better in the Bluffton, Sun City, Beaufort, Hilton Head area.

We moved to Hilton Head recently and discovered numerous repairs and changes needed with the electrical system in our 25-year old “new” home. We were fortunate to come across Gabriel and Casey of Selectric. Both of these gentlemen were personable, knowledgable, efficient, and professional. They gave quite a bit of thought to our needs and helped us solve several problems with proper lighting, switch placement, etc. We’ve employed the services of a good number of repair/installation individuals over the years, and I have to rate our experience with Selectric right at the top. Your rating scale should go from 1 to 5 stars — and then on up to Gabriel and Casey.

Gabriel was able to help me on the same day I called in my time of frustration : ) He called several times beforehand to give me updates on their expected arrival. I called him to diagnose a ceiling fan connection problem. Previous to his arrival, I had repeatedly tried to determine why my fan was not responding to the remote and running at one speed only. After examining and testing several potential causes of the problem, which included the electrical flow from the switch to the fan, etc., he was able to conclude that there was a loose connection with my neutral house wiring which was causing the problem. While he and his assistant were here, I had them install two duplex plugs on my kitchen counter. I would feel very comfortable recommending Selectric to any one that needs electrical work done. His price was also reasonable.

Gabriel’s work is first class. He recommended a great fix for my electrical panel upgrade and installed it promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend Selectric and Gabriel to anyone who needs electrical work done.

After using several different electrical contractors over the past nine years at Brays, I have come across one that stands head and shoulders above the others.

They are courteous, professional, knowledgeable, shoes off at the door, show up on time, I cannot say enough good things about them. Since I spent my life as an electrical contractor, I have some insight as to what owners want from a quality contractor, and these folks fit the bill.

I know that sometimes owners call Brays Owner Services looking for recommendations for contractors or subcontractors. When someone calls for a quality electrical contractor, please recommend them highly and please use me as a reference in doing so.
